21 Wall Balls (20#)
21 Toe-2-Bar

  1. Hey Spencer, in a normal day you do all the WOD's at the same hour? Or you do the first in the morning the next on the evening..?

  2. I mix it up. Sometimes all within about two hours and then sometimes i split it up over the course of a day.
